Program Initiatives

The Instituto Latino de Cuidado Pastoral, Inc. offers a variety of programs, training events and workshops which can be tailored to the individualized needs of churches, agencies, organizations and communities. They include the following:
     • Assisting churches, agencies, organizations and communities with managing conflict
     • Developing and disseminating educational materials for churches and communities
     • Developing training events and workshops geared toward enhancing and strengthening marriage, and fostering healthy Latino families
     • Networking with religious and educational institutions, and with community agencies and organizations
     • Providing referrals for pastoral care and counseling
     •Training of lay, clergy and community leaders in the areas of leadership and pastoral care
     •Working collaboratively with churches, agencies, organizations and communities to address the holistic needs of the Latino community
